Generation 2015 2010 – clear boundaries and goals, the organization was converging and learned how to be one organization, clear activities and framework 2015 – we are safe enough to experiement, we know our organization and we are more powerful – less boundaries, place for experimenting and exploring Also less comfort and some things are not clear, but we are strong enough to move on, we are powerful, free We learned a lot during 2010, now we do stg else

Timeline of 2015’s development The process started at IPM 2010, Tunisia with the presentation of the DREAM process Collection of input stories between April – July 2010 In IC 2010 the BHAG & 2015 statements were created Exploring the 2015 concept and implications between September 2010 – January 2011 Story of the shark in three tanks.

BHAG BHAG stands for Big Hairy Audacious Goal Collins and Porras describe BHAG’s on a corporate level as “nearly impossible to achieve without consistently working outside of a comfort zone and displaying commitment, confidence and even a bit of arrogance.” BHAGs are bigger, bolder and more powerful than regular long- and short-term goals.
