expectations What do I expect? Students to arrive to class, on time and ready to learn, with the appropriate supplies—a 1 to 1½” binder, writing utensils, and paper every day Textbooks will be used to supplement learning (rarely, if ever, used in class) Students to be respectful—to everyone in the room—at all times Students to work hard and follow all classroom rules/procedures on a daily basis without repeated reminders

What can you expect from me? expectations What can you expect from me? Students will be held to a high standard academically and behaviorally in my classroom. I have Open and Frequent Communication I update my website weekly (at least) Will elaborate on the next slide If I ever have a concern, I will reach out to you Please know that your child has received multiple warnings if I ask for your assistance in a disciplinary issue, but I like to touch base about positive matters too (those are much more fun)!  Know that I genuinely care about the success of your child and will do everything I can to help them be and feel successful.

tutorials My tutorials are any time my students need help with prior notice. If tutorials are needed, students should: talk to me to arrange a day/time that works for both of us. come to tutorials with necessary materials (homework, notes, quizzes, tests, lab, etc.)
