Composing an Email Using Google Apps Log-in using your username and password at the district’s Google site: www.google.com/a/student.fz.k12.mo.us
Choose Email on the right hand side under “Your Services”
Choose “Compose”
Add the email address to the “To” bar and key in the Subject
Be sure to include the entire email address including both the username and the domain as well as the @ sign jhollensbe@fz.k12.mo.us Open House
Choose to add CC or BCC if you wish Click on each to open up the option They are located under the “To” box CC= Carbon Copy BCC=Blind Carbon Copy Use CC if you want to send a copy to another person Use BCC when you do not want the person receiving the email to know that you have sent the message to another person

Now type your message in the message box Now type your message in the message box. Make sure to proofread it and hit SEND.
Formatting Your Email You may format your email the same way you would an MS Office document. Use the Formatting toolbar above the message box.
Attaching a File You may attach a file(s) to any email that you send. The file might be a document, spreadsheet, or picture among other things. Begin by clicking “Attach a File” under the “Subject” box
Choose the file you wish to attach from your documents or you picture files from the box that appears and click “Open”
The file will show you when it is fully attached. Now click SEND.
