The search User information You are now on the Mercateo start page. Clicking on the Mercateo logo takes you to the start page. 1 In the search field, you can search according to keywords, phrases (e.g. ‘epson copy paper’) or categories. 2 3 A direct search in the catalogues of your contractual suppliers is also possible ( ‘My exclusive catalogues’).

Did you not find what you were looking for? It is possible that parts of the product range are hidden by your company´s procurement policy and so you can neither view nor order them.

Check at an item level whether the company-specific information (e.g. plant, accounting area, requester, account assignment) is correct. The order is now created and sent to Mercateo or your contractual supplier. 20 Depending on the characteristics of the approval structure in your company, internal approvals may be necessary before transferring the order.
