Star Lord (Peter Quill) Morgan K.

Who is Peter Quill? Peter Quill is a fictional Marvel superhero (a half-human, half-celestial being). He hails from Missouri but was abducted by Yondu Ravager Clan in 1988. After his abduction, he became well-known for being a space bandit and outlaw. He left the Ravagers in 2014 and formed a new alliance filled with other misfits.

Motivational Example: In the movie Guardians of the Galaxy, Star Lord’s friends had given up trying to fight Ronan until Peter Quill gives a speech about working together as a team instead of doing their own thing.

Quick-Minded Example 1: Peter was going die after Yondu found him, but he had an idea that he could work for him. Example 2: Later in the movie, Gamora was going to freeze to death in space. Quill quickly flew out to her with no ship to save her. Even though it was risky, and he knew he could die.

Independent Example: After he got kicked off of Yondu's ship he fended for himself. He didn’t need anyone to help him before he met Gamora, Rocket Racoon, Drax the Destroyer, and Groot.

Courageous Example: In the movie, Quill opens the orb and grabs the stone inside to try and save the universe. Even though the orb could kill organic matter, he faced his fear to open it.

Attentive Example: Star Lord is attentive when he is running away from people who are trying to catch him and when he is on missions. When he was trying to steal the orb in the beginning of the movie, Groot, Rocket Raccoon, and Gamora were trying to catch him he had to use his surroundings to find a getaway route.
