SHL On Demand - What’s New? Customer Update June 2012 SHL On Demand - What’s New? Customer Update Dan Sargent – Platform Manager

Welcome to the second customer update in 2012 for the SHL On Demand Enhancement Programme. This update tells you about an initial set of changes we are making to your SHL On Demand system, effective from 17th June 2012. We have listened to the feedback you have given us on changes you would like to see and in response to this have planned a comprehensive programme of improvements that will be rolled out throughout the year. We hope this will provide you with an enhanced user experience. Dan Sargent, Platform Manager

Select Instruments Page The Select Instruments Page is one of the key screens administrators use What you said: the screen is text heavy and confusing to navigate What we have done: Filtering of the page has been added. You can now find and focus on the products they want more easily. Unnecessary text has been removed. Drop down list widths have been standardised. See example on next slide.

Select Instruments Page 1 2 3 Product Change The Benefit Introduction of collapse and expand headings, removal of unnecessary text, standardisation of list widths, introduction of selection summary list Readability is improved with less text being presented at any one time and the layout of that text being more pleasing to the eye.

Select Instruments Page Click the plus (+) symbol to expand the section This will open up further section headings. Click on the arrow to expand these You will then be able to see and select the different assessments available Any selections made will be summarized at the bottom of the page
