Announcements I was fired.
Announcements I’ve decided to move the full rough draft to Wednesday, 11/15, in order to give you more time to do it. So, we only have class on Wednesday next week for the full rough draft. Class is canceled on Monday and Friday. Class is also canceled this Friday (11/10) because it’s a holiday. We will have required conferencing next week in lieu of MF class. Your short rough draft is still due on Wednesday, 11/8.

Sources You can chooses your own sources if you want, but please talk to me about it in advance. Email is fine.
Persuasiveness You can talk about: Rhetorical strategies The appeals Assumptions Range of concerns Evidence By the end, I should be able to see that you have thoroughly analyzed the relative persuasiveness of the texts.
Persuasiveness Reference Boyd’s text when talking about the relative persuasiveness of your two source texts. Boyd is the lens through which you analyze the other two articles.
Conclusion Do not restate intro. Sum up in one or two sentences. Bring topic about digital literacy further. Should digital literacy be taught in schools? Is digital literacy important? Why? You can go back to personal story in intro. End strong and dramatic with a mic drop.
