Methods & Participants 3 tourists at the Stanford Bookstore Non-native English speakers Tested the prototype in two parts (tourist and local)

Results & Findings

FINDING 1: Participants always want to meet at their location.

FINDING 2: Too little information on the map FINDING 3: “This looks too much like Uber”

FINDING 4: There is too much text for foreigners.

FINDING 5: Too many clicks on the tourist section
