Flux : Fair Luxury conference 2016 Harriet Kelsall – Founder & Chairman

Who am I? I’m an award willing jeweller and my i’ve made my name by starting and running the UKs leading bespoke jewellery design company. I employ a team of 30 across 2 locations in Hertfordshire and Cambridge (over 70% women). We have won many awards for ‘breaking the mould’ of the high street jeweller and we offer unpretentious high quality bespoke jewellery made to suit the wearers style, personality and budget. We won the 2013 Boutique Jeweller of the Year Award and I’m currently shortlisted for the IoD “Women Changing the Business World” award.
