Project 4 voivodeship libraries, 9 county libraries (or their functional equivalents), 36 municipal / commune libraries, in total, including branches – over 150 libraries as well as: representatives of local non-governmental organizations and cultural minorities, local communities. including: 24 libraries from 1st round of the LDP, 1 libraries from the 2nd round of the LDP, 4 libraries from the 3rd round of the LDP.

Training for County Partnerships (CP) (9 groups x 4 trainings x 2 days) Each county partnership consists of: CP coordinator (usually municipal library) – 3 people; 3-5 CP members (municipal and commune libraries) – 4 (!) people. Each county partnership may invite to a training cycle two representatives of a minority.

Consultations for CP (for each partnership : 32 hours online and 16 hours on the site) consultations in drafting a multicultural action plan of the county partnership; consultations in implementing the activities (each library implements 4 activities); at least 2 visits of the trainer-consultant in the partnership.

5 Polish-Norwegian mini-projects 5 Norwegian libraries will run mini-projects in cooperation with libraries from Poland; 25 librarians from Poland will have an opportunity to participate in a study tour to Norway; 15 librarians from Norway will visit Polish libraries; participants of this module will be selected in a contest (spring 2014).

Project partners Multilingual Library in Oslo, County Library in Buskerud, County Library in Hordaland, County Library in Oppland, Public Library in Bergen, Public Library in Trondheim.
