What We Do…. Establish and monitor contracts lawn, landscape, pool cleaning, clubhouse cleaning, pest control Manage clubhouse, exercise room, bell tower Equipment, maintenance, supplies Pool management Coordinate pool committee, pool maintenance needs and purchase equipment Finances Establish budget, monitor expenses, pay bills, plan for future expenses, coordinate on home sales Prepare and mail HOA dues letters Record all payments and deposit checks HOA social events Covenants Compliance and modification requests Communication to the community Website, email, facebook Legal consultation Clubhouse reservations HOA Meetings Minutes

Covenants / Issues No changes to the covenants in the past year Current Issues Parking in street Trailers and boats parked in driveways (permanent parking) Yards – should be weed free and well kept year round Reminders Seek Architectural Committee review prior to making major changes HOA website link http://www.wp-hoa.org/

Pool / Club House Pool Clean up after use Swim diapers if not potty trained Pool closes at 9 PM Clubhouse Pool and Gym are not part of the clubhouse rental
