Week 33 has seen YTD records for both Sales conversion and Compliance scores and this is now our benchmark for 2011… We need to continue this trend and we all have a part to play in delivering theses successes. It is important that when we sell to a customer, we provide the right information, we don’t provide specific product selection advice and we gain explicit consent – all the things supported by our QA CEC model.
