The Executive Branch includes The President of the United States The Vice President The Cabinet

The President To serve as President, you must be 35 years old, a native born citizen, and live for 14 years in the US The President is officially elected by the Electoral College, who cast their ballots in December of the Election year The president is sworn into office in an inauguration ceremony in January following the election

Presidential Duties The President job duties include (but are not limited to)… Sign laws Make treaties Direct the military Appoint justices and the cabinet Grant pardons to criminals
