Target Group and Parties involved The rank and file comprises of bargaining union The education committee consist of their members who will do the task of orienting and educating the members. Other union officers will help managing the on- going orientation

Objectives At the end of this project the following result will be achieved. a) Disseminating information regarding orientation of CBA b) Workers could participate active on the on-going activities with the union c) Know the rights being a Union members

Activities Four months orientation Twice a week In our companies ( 3 department) Resource person Allowance to the workers Food and Refreshment served ( included)
