How the Batch process works

So how does all that data end up in Blackboard?

The Batch Process

Batch files are automatically generated three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7am AZ time.

CampusVue only talks to Blackboard. If we move an enrollment within CampusVue, Blackboard will not automatically adjust to that change. It requires a manual modification.

If a change is made in Blackboard, and that adjustment is not made in CampusVue, when the next batch file is run, whatever is in CampusVue will once again be batched into Blackboard.
