Day of the Event Arrive Early Ensure effective communications are in place Ensure team are appropriately dressed Ensure all IT Resources are set up and in working order. Ensure appropriate branding is in place –Club and College Meet team well in advance of event start time to ensure that: Everyone knows their role on the day All required equipment is available Displays are set up in advance of audience arriving Staff responsible for children should meet and introduce themselves as soon as the group arrive

Post Event Ensure all equipment is returned and the event site is cleared. Ensure all invoices are paid Monitor and evaluate the success of the event: through coverage in newspapers & on television In meeting the Key Performance Indicators of the project Write thank you letters/emails to Staff and VIP Guests Learn from mistakes for the organisation of future events.
