PLANNED CITY EXTENSION P I L O T C I T I E S Zamboanga City Silay City Northeastern side of Silay City; 6.58 sq.km.; 14 kilometers from Bacolod City Adequate space for streets and mobility Expansion of mixed- housing, disincentivi- zation of exclusionary gated developments and promotion of sustainable density Maximization of the airport for trading and other economic activities
