Our contest Clements TMSCA Competition October 26th, 2013 Mandatory Participation Middle School MAΘ members will be proctoring/grading/etc.
Math national honor society Currently in Algebra II or higher 85% or higher grade in current math class Attend a contest Obtain 30 points (new) or 25 points (returning) (will lower if necessary) Help out at the Clements TMSCA competition
Point system Meetings 1 point; 2 points with shirt; .5 points leaving early College Math Contest 8 points Per TMSCA Event (Up to 4 events) 2 points Per UIL Event (Up to 3 events) 3 points TMSCA State 10 points Volunteering 1 point/hour Special Topic Lectures 5 points
Officer requirements President 50 points Vice President 45 points Secretary 40 points Webmaster/Historian (will lower if necessary)
Dues $35 for new members $25 for returning members Due by October 3rd With Permission Slips Includes T-shirts Design will be finalized October 3rd Submit your own by Oct. 2nd
