Notice of BOG Regulation Vaccinations Against Meningococcal Meningitis and Hepatitis B Provide Detailed Information About the Diseases and the Risks Associated With Them. ALL Students. Provide Documentation of Vaccinations or Signed Waivers. All new matriculating students beginning July 1, 2008. In 2005, a tetravalent (A, C, Y, and W-135) meningococcal conjugate vaccine was licensed and recommended for adolescents and others at increased risk for disease. Over time, the new vaccine is expected to have a substantial impact on the burden of meningococcal disease in the United States.
