Introduction Directive 2001/80/EC (LCPD) repealed by 1 January 2016. LCP Data 2013/2014/2015  web-form (presented by EEA). Reporting on LPCs under Directive 2010/75/EU from 2016 onwards – first deadline 31 March 2018. LCP Data 2016/…  reporting within the framework of E-PRTR. 2

E-PRTR website upgrade project E-PRTR website upgrade project in 2015: technologies, functionalities and layout planned to be improved in 2015. To do as regards reporting on LCPs: adapt the reporting mechanisms of the E-PRTR in order to accommodate the requirements on LCPs provided by the IED. Call for tender during last months, kick-off within the next weeks. 6

Conclusion  LCP Schema for LCP reporting under IED (by March 2018) will be available by end of 2015. This will allow Member States to adjust their systems. Confirmation requested by Member States interested in participating in testing phase Inspire: Same approach as for IED reporting (illustrated by JRC) 8
