Time management All college students struggle with time management. Taking the time to set up a system to track your academic, personal and social commitments will pay off in the long run. Choose a strategy (online calendar, excel file, planner, etc.) for logging all assignments, tests, projects and other due dates in one place. The Office of Student Success (www.wichita.edu/success) can help you get organized and complete a time and study plan for the semester.

Time management tips Quick tips to manage your time: Time management = priority management. Setting clear priorities is the first step to effective time management. Try color coding appointments (types) or due dates (by class) in your calendar. Set reminders about assignments in your phone or online calendar.
