Class Overview+Grades+Projects Assessment: Students will be assessed through: Midterm and Final Exams Unit Tests Projects and Presentations Debates and Simulations Late Work/Make-Ups Late work will be accepted, however, deductions will be at the discretion of the teacher Students are responsible for missing or late assignments. (copies can be found on google classroom) Late work will only be taken 1 week after the assignment was originally posted. Make up tests must be completed within 1 week of it being disributed. HOMICIDE Sociology differs from other social sciences in the way it examines all aspects of the social world.We must understand what affects not just the individual, but what influences a group or a community’s actions, beliefs, economic status, beliefs, values, etc. This means….. Who did it? When did it happen? Why? You will be working in groups of 4. Each person will get a set of clues. You must first read through your clues then share them out to your group. DO NOT JUST HAND THEM OVER TO PEOPLE, YOU MUST TALK! Using your answer sheet, answer the 5 questions. If you need to, try to organize the clues on a separate sheet of paper. You will have 25 minutes to talk and solve the murder, when you think you’ve solved it raise you hand and i will check your answer.
