Timing Issues Code of Practice Well in advance - 10 days? "Meeting dates for code Modification Workgroups and other meetings will be notified to users well in advance and meetings will be held a reasonable period of time after the Panel has agreed the Workgroup Terms of Reference.” Well in advance - 10 days? Reasonable period – 10 days?

Mod Rules Code Administrator shall Start CoP clock within 10 days finalise Terms of Reference and constitute a Workgroup Notify and invite representations within 15 days Start CoP clock after ToR? After Reps? First meeting at least a month after Panel consideration?

Workgroup Report “Each Workgroup Report shall (subject to paragraphs 5.4.1 and 5.4.2) be sent to all Members as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event not less than eight (8) Business Days prior to the meeting of the Modification Panel at which that report is to be discussed.”

Monthly Schedule

Workload Issue 58 live modifications 29 allocated to Workgroup 1 Group per day = 6 week cycle + UK Link, Panel, UNCC, NEXUS, DESC, CMF, etc. Large number of discussions to manage, and no clear prioritisation mechanism
