Kidney).

He was admitted in our private hospital – RAM POLY CLINIC on 11/03/2013, under the CMCHIS. He underwent surgery to the Open Prostatectomy & Open Cystolithotomy on 11/03/2013. Subsequent to his surgery he was able to pass urine normally and return to do most of his daily living. He and his family are grateful for the aid provided by the CMCHIS, helping him regain function of his kidney.

Admitted on 08/02/2014, under the CMCHIS. He underwent surgery to the Total Knee Replacement Left side on 09/02/2014.

Subsequent to his surgery the patient’s bone replaced and he was able to walk normally and return to do most of his daily living. He and his family are grateful for the aid provided by the CMCHIS, helping him regain function of his both knees.
