After Reviewing… If you found no errors, send us an email that you haven’t found any errors! Send your email to submissions_csi@csi.state.co.us If you found errors, identify the field(s) with inaccurate data. If the field(s) are on the SD or SSA file, update the data in the applicable tab of your summary report (highlight changed cells please) and resubmit to CSI (or you can request that CSI make the corrections for you). If the field(s) are on the ACC file, let CSI know and we can provide you the latest version to update (highlight changed cells please).
