AzEDS Outages STC Integrity has not run twice recently Issue with all Integrity processing ADM-related Integrity is highest priority STC job is last and did not get completed overnight Red Flag was not issued ADE will issue Red Flag for all Integrity-related failures

Updates From Last ASCUS Meeting STUD78 (cohort report) went into production this week ADM15A is in testing Includes DOA and DOR information requested AzEDS scheduled maintenance Saturday, February 16 – Sunday, February 17 Adding database capacity Will make ADM15A run faster!! SPED 73 and Oct 1 report showing eligible students will need Student Race submitted to be eligible After 2/15/19 Will be part of FY2020 October 1 processing Income Eligibility SPED 73 and Oct 1 report showing eligible Students will need Student Race submitted to be eligible.

AzEDS 5.0 Update Team ready for vendor certification March 1 API is complete and Use Case is published ADE on track for FY2020 submissions Tribal Affiliation 22 recognized tribal affiliations ‘Other’ will be available for those not on the list
