TIME LIMITS Involuntary Separated Retired Sailors 10 Days – CONUS 20 Days – OCONUS Retired Sailors 20 Days – CONUS 30 Days – OCONUS TIME LIMITS INVOLUNTARY = 20 INVOLUNTARY = 10 RETIRED = 20 RETIRED = 30
CONUS members who have legal domiciles OCONUS and plan to return to the OCONUS state or territory are granted 30 days Domiciles Home of Record 1st Enlistment Legal Resident Ordered to Act. Duty TIME LIMITS Domiciles OCONUS = 30
ITEMS TO CONSIDER PTDY includes weekends and holidays Not to be combined with liberty weekends, special liberty, or holidays PTDY may be taken in conjunction with chargeable leave PTDY may be taken in conjunction with terminal leave immediately upon completion of all separation processing Members are authorized use of space available military travel. PTDY space-available travel is not authorized for dependents in CONUS
