These recommendations can be seen in ASPEN student portal. Complete the online registration process by March 1, 2019. * 8
Directions for Each Section Pay close attention to the directions and important notes for each section on the online portion. These are grade level and subject specific. The instructions provide valuable information that help you make the best decision in selecting courses and prevents disappointment when you are removed from a course when you do not meet requirements. * 9

What is an Alternate? Classes you are willing to take IF you do not get one of your first choice electives. If you have a preference on the order of your alternates, you can rank them. If one of your alternates must be scheduled, we will attempt to schedule them in order of preference. * 17

Completing Online Registration STEP 3: Academic Level Change Request complete form only if you need a level change – must be reviewed by Mrs. Reynolds STEP 4: Review your transcript on ASPEN Make sure you are meeting graduation requirements. Discuss course selections with your parents. * 19

Steps to Dual Enrollment Attend Dual Enrollment info meeting held February 27th during Flight time. March 26: apply for DE grant and to Pellissippi for DE during school day (11:30 - 2:00) Attend DE registration meeting on April 16 & 17 after school to register for your class. Register to take the ACT if necessary. Enter PSCC code during pre-gridding Register for course (pstcc.edu/dual). Provide documentation to counselor. * 23
2/11 – 2/13– course request sheets distributed 2/11 – 3/1– ASPEN online registration is open. Students enter course requests. Late March – Early April – Finalized requests are published. If one of your requested classes is not offered next year (due to lack of other requests), it will be removed from your requests and replaced with an alternate. Schedules are published – TBA (Valleypallooza) – These are based on student requests so changes are limited * 24
