Skills Profiler - Manager 1 Page Guide You will receive an email that a new skills report has been submitted by a member of your team. Click on the link at the bottom of the email to view the report. A report summary will show on the left hand side of the screen with details of how many skills exceed, meet or have a gap against the required level of the role. Scroll down the report to view all skills. You can change the rating against any skill by clicking on the level which you wish to select. Skills are categorised by their skill type (Personal Impact, Business Impact, Functional or Leadership). To view a particular skill type click on the blue bar for the skill category. You will be taken to a webpage where you need to enter your employee ID and email address. Enter these details and click Continue. Once all skills have been assessed you can update the report if you wish to review it with the member of your team or you can update and approve the report. After approval an email will be sent to the employee with a link to the summary screen containing details of the final report. If at any time you wish to access details, you can this via the link which was originally emailed to you. For this reason you should file the email advising you that you have a report to approve.
