NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT GMS77C1000 / 77C1001 8-BIT CMOS SINGLE CHIP MICROCONTROLLER INTRODUCTION : HEI is proud to extend its Microcontroller Product line offerings by introducing the GMS77C1000/77C1001 8-bit CMOS RISC Microcontrollers(MCUs). These 8-bit Microcontrollers are available in 18PDIP/SOP and 20SSOP. Also these are the small Mask Product which have 0.5K / 1K ROM on chip. WHAT IS IT? These 8-bit Microcontrollers are function entirely compatible with Microchip`s PIC16C54/16C56 and can be adopted for Low-End / Low-Price / Small Quantity / Many kinds of Model / Quick T.A.T application. The following chart outlines the rich features offered by HEI`s 8-bit MCUs.
