Ontario Cup Tournament Convenor Guide May 2013
Overview The OSA is using an online league management system for the Ontario Cup The system has been developed by E2E Soccer an Ottawa based company that specializes in IT systems for soccer organizations Tournament Convenors are requested to use the system to manage their tournament The url is www.ontariocup.ca To access the convenor functionality you must log in with your email address and password
The Convenor’s Online Duties The OSA will require the Tournament Convenor to perform the following tasks on the Ontario Cup system 1. Schedule games 2. Submit site information 3. Enter game results 4. Finalize standings if 2 or more teams are tied on points If you need assistance with the Ontario Cup site please contact the Ontario Cup Management Team
The Convenor Menu After you have logged in you will see the Convenor menu at the top of the page Click on this menu to visit the Convenor section
Scheduling Games Your games will appear in the Schedule Games tool Use this tool to enter the kick off time and field for each game.
Times & Fields The system will default to a recommended kick off time however you can change this if needed. Please check the Ontario Cup rules to ensure that the time between games follows the rules. In the field drop down box you will see all the fields in the E2E Soccer database from your district. If your field is missing please send an email to support@e2esoccer.com and request that it be added. The system will not allow you to double book a field. Click Submit to enter the information into the database

Games are now approved After the OSA staff have approved your games they will no longer be displayed on the Schedule Games page.
Modifying approved games Use the View Games tool to see your schedule once games are approved. If you need to change a kick off or field click on the Edit link
Entering site details Use the Site Details tool to enter information about your tournament site location
Map location of the nearest hospital Click here to obtain the link to copy and paste In part 7 of the Site Details tool you will be asked to enter a map location of the hospital. To do this Google map the hospital and copy the link location to part 7 of the Site Details tool
Entering game results After the game has finished you will be able to enter the results on the Game Scores tool
