Observations While the State and District Middle School Scores dropped from 2013 to 2014, IOH saw an increase in this area IOH closely mirrors the District Middle School Scores and is making gains, but both the District and School lag behind the State average The 2013 to 2014 IOH Elementary drop is consistent with drops in the State and District IOH Elementary outperforms/remains close with the State average over the last 3 years IOH Elementary consistently outperforms District Elementary average score.
