Logging In Click on the link that is on the desktop of your laptop If you are using a personal device, go to connection.naviance.com/kokomohigh Username: firstname.lastname Password: Entire student number (the same one you use for lunch) Check Naviance REGULARLY!

Requesting Transcripts *Note: Only request a transcript AFTER you submit the college app online 1. Click on “I’m applying to” under Colleges

Requesting Transcripts 5. When you get to the “I’ll submit my application”... Choose “Via Common App” ONLY if you are using Common App for that specific college Otherwise choose “Direct to the institution”

Requesting Transcripts 6. Click “I have submitted my application.” 7. Click “add and request transcript” YOU MUST HAVE APPLIED BEFORE REQUESTING A TRANSCRIPT!!!

Requesting Transcripts 8. Fill out remaining questions 9. Click “Request and Finish” Use “Initial” for the type of transcript you are requesting. Final transcripts are unable to be sent until the school year concludes (which is too late!)

Requesting Recommendation Letters Before requesting a letter of recommendations, please be sure to ask your teacher first! Make sure to give them enough time to write the letter (at least two weeks)! Not all colleges require a letter of recommendation, so please check!

College Visit Sign-Ups College reps will visit KHS throughout the year You may sign up to meet with the reps who come here, this is NOT you signing up to go TO the college Max of 4 sign ups a year You will receive a pass the day before the rep is here. Then, give that pass to your teacher the day of the visit. Your teacher has the right to deny you leaving class for this.
