WP1 status and issues First Deliverable D5.1 was delayed by 40 days due to the changes in the technology of the web site. The Regional Executive Board has not been exploited yet Response to the request of Quarterly Report was very limited (see next slide) New projects are going to be financed this year; we should start contacting them as soon as the situation is clear. Possible MoUs with new projects Financial assessment will be done every 6 months (see next slide) In June we should also agree with our Project Officer on the date for the First Review in January-February 2012. Propose Brussels ?

First Quarterly Report Period from 1 December 2010 to 28 February 2011 Received reports from CIEMAT & GRNET only Draft QR1 to be circulated next week Future QR should be sent within the first week after the end of the quarter. Planning an assessment at Month 6 (May 2011). The QR2 to be released in June 2011 should also contain a list of costs for the first 6 months.
