Self-Employed Definition in the civil law art. 2222 : as the performance of a self-employed person without subordination to who assigns the job.

Administration of social benefits Administrated by National Social Security Institute: Artisans – Traders - Farmers –self-employed farmers – Para-employees 16 Professional Insurance Funds administrated by private bodies exclusively for its members

Professionals Managed by each of the private bodies : Disability, Old Age, Survivors Maternity according to contributions paid

Social Protections of self-employed Disability, Old Age, Survivors, Employment injuries and Occupational diseases are granted according to the contributions paid and to the regulations of the general system Health Care and Long-term Care :for all according to the regulations of the general system
