Digital literacy and Digital intelligence as a new currency A new look at learning for the digital economy

Digital transformation challenges: status quo ORGANIZATIONS OF THE WORLD 54%: digital talent shortage -> failure digital transformation programs + competitive advantage loss 50%: digital gap is widening EMPLOYEES 29% (47% of Y & Z generations): skill set is redundant now or will be in the next 1–2 years EMPLOYERS 59%: lack of employees who possess soft digital skills 51%: lack of employees who possess hard digital skills DIGITAL TALENTS ~50%: training programs are useless and boring /not enough time to attend almost 60% are investing their own time and money to gain the required digital skills 55% are willing to move to another organization if their digital skills are stagnating 58% are gravitating towards organizations that offer better digital skill development 8 out of 10 prefer joining organizations that allow a flexible work-life balance 75% prefer joining organizations with a flat hierarchy and accessible management as well as an open and collaborative physical workspace приказом Минтруда РФ № 148н от 12.04.2013
