introduction of project:  Basically, our project is to construct 10-Bed hospital.  In this hospital there is also an ICU and operation theater.  There is also a staff room and a conference hall.  It is single story having area of 80X90 ft 2.  This project is of SHAHEEN BUILDERS.  Duration of the project is 6 MONTHS  The project has subdivided into different categories.  Civil work  Electric work

WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE(WBS) A work breakdown structure (WBS) is a key project deliverable that organizes the team's work into manageable sections. The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) defines the work breakdown structure as a "deliverable oriented hierarchical decomposition of the work to be executed by the project team."
