Installation R17 Type Approval Category according to CLEPA’s proposal CLEPA’s position Note Spare parts A For globally sold car 031234 “the individual type approvals referenced in the IWVTA” CLEPA intends to include this kind of spare parts. Spare parts A’ 031235 “the type approvals to the UN Regulations listed in Annex 4” Country X would not be able to exercise the rights of the 1958 Agreement such as Art. 4 and 5. Spare parts B For special car not exported to Country X 031236 CLEPA does not intend to include this kind of spare parts. Spare parts C For N1 Vehicle 031237 Country X would have to accept this spare parts which may not comply with the domestic Regulation.
