Organizing Labor The Artisan system has three tiers... Master Experienced Artisan. Owns the business. Has an established list of clients. Makes the money. Journeyman Moderate experience. Can produce good products. Has no established clients, so works for a master. Apprentice Child or teenager. Works for free or little money. In exchange, he is trained in the artisan's skill.
