Polygon means having many angles. We often think of Identifying Polygons Polygon means having many angles. We often think of polygons by their many sides.

Attributes of a Polygon Each adjacent side meet at an endpoint No two adjacent sides, with a common endpoint, are collinear Sides are always straight segments (no curves) Figure is always “closed”
