Resources to Try Search online – themuse.com, nolo.com are excellent There may be an HR benefits site with information – startups often use sites like TriNet or Zenefits. If your company uses them, seek advice from their site or representative Seek legal counsel: Personal referrals, The National Employment Lawyers Association, or the American Bar Association Podcasts: HR Happy Hour, Safe For Work, The Employment Law & HR Podcast Ask at your company – CEO/CFO usually has policy info (we hope!)
