Lauren iraeta How do you know it is the right time to build a team? You need leverage and you hit your glass ceiling. What was your biggest mistake in building a team? I didn’t take enough risks up front. I needed to have faith and allow myself to fail forward. What advice do you give to someone who is thinking of building a team? Take risks and break through your glass ceiling, do it to fill other peoples cups, not just your own.

Steve lucca How do you know it is the right time to build a team? When you realize what you suck at and find that you need to leverage those things. What was your biggest mistake in building a team? Not coming from contribution and not choosing the right talent. What advice do you give to someone who is thinking of building a team? Don’t make it about you. It’s about your team. “Bring worms to the table for your little birds.” Be willing to give. Know your teams “survival rate”.

Matt miale How do you know it is the right time to build a team? You just have to decide to. Put your nose to the grindstone, know when you need leverage. When you are succeeding but not making enough money, you’re ready. What was your biggest mistake in building a team? Thinking transactional and not about the people. Thinking about I and working through the shift between being transactional and being a leader. What advice do you give to someone who is thinking of building a team? Know your why. Do it for the right reasons.

Not hiring the right talent. What advice do you give to someone who is thinking of building a team? WHY? “Missing Persons Report” – What is missing in your business? Our time = $100/hr Assistants time = $10-15/hr. If you are closing 25+ transactions, HIRE AN ASSISTANT!

Limiting beliefs and not taking the jump! Hiring wrong – “HIRE SLOW AND FIRE FAST!” What advice do you give to someone who is thinking of building a team? Know what value you bring and what kind of team you want to have. Provide value to your world and KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS!

Michelle wininger 20 Million in 2018 Goal of 40 Million in 2019 6 Full Time Agents 3 Full Time Admins Value Proposition: To provide culture and energy. Assist in uncovering your power and using your passion to earn a paycheck.

Michelle wininger How do you know it is the right time to build a team? I initially did it because I needed leverage and everyone else was doing it. WRONG! Now I am doing it to fill others cups. What was your biggest mistake in building a team? Doing it for the wrong reasons, doing it the wrong way and not harnessing my strengths What advice do you give to someone who is thinking of building a team? Get CLEAR about who you are, what you provide and your own personal strengths and opportunities.

Biggest ah ha’s FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU SUCK AT DON’T DO IT FOR YOU, DO IT FOR OTHERS HIRE SLOW AND FIRE FAST KNOW YOUR WHY! WHAT ROLE DID I PLAY IN THAT FAILURE?! WE CAN TEACH THE SKILL IF THEY HAVE THE WILL
