BROKEN LIFT: WHAT MATTERS? How does a customer choose a lift? Price: “How much does it cost?” Speed: “How fast can I get it?”

SPEED IN REPLACEMENT Why does the customer go to a Parts Store to purchase a replacement lift? Familiarity: It’s what he knows Convenience: Easy to see and get to

LOCAL STOCK If we give Parts Stores access to local stock: Parts Stores can sell more lifts Customers can get their new lift faster
