Saving Europe’s Jewish children Kindertransport Saving Europe’s Jewish children

Kindertransport notes Kindertransport was the rescue effort that took place during the 9 months prior to WWII to send nearly 10,000 Jewish children from Nazi Germany, Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Poland  to live in foster homes, hostel, schools and farms in the United Kingdom. The children arrived from December 1938 to September 1939 Majority of children never saw their parents again. Kindertransport notes
