Our Purpose What difference are we trying to make in the world? “To Make Short-term Rental Hosting Easy and To Deliver Amazing Stays To Our Guests ” Why this matters: Hoste is redefining the way people travel and were also providing another means of income to home owners in a time of economic uncertainty. To do this we must make hosting as seamless as possible for our owners. A travel experience with Hoste should be a movie-like experience, an unforgettable one, an adventure or relaxation getaway.

Our Core Values We take special pride in calling ourselves Hostys – with a capital H. At Hoste, we are world-class. To be world-class, we live by a set of principles and core values. Core Values Collaborative – Do great things together. Excellence – Being outstanding every single time. Integrity – Doing the right thing when no one is looking. Ownership – Believing that taking action is not someone else’s responsibility. Fun – Enjoy yourself! We are building something truly great! Principles Treating our homes with a home owners mentality. Trust We want and expect Hostys to think for themselves, so we’re not big on micromanaging. we hope to provide you lots of leadership and very little management. we are careful to hire amazing people. our goal is to unleash you to perform at your peak and stay out of your way. we don’t have lots of rules and policies here by design. you are an amazing adult and we trust you to carve your own path, set your own priorities, and ask for help when you need it.

Volunteering We take pride in our communities and neighborhoods. We encourage every Hosty to volunteer at our periodic volunteer events. Our company wants to make a difference in our city.
