Improved Console Offers a new look and feel similar to Microsoft® Office Easier navigation between presentations/documents New window modifications, including the ability to change views without opening a new window

Improved Console (cont’d) Easy to access annotation tools Ease of navigation between documents Familiar Microsoft® Office interface, creates an intuitive interface No need to open a new window to change to a new presentation or select an annotation tool

Key Improvements for Presenters Ability to upload Microsoft® Office or printable document types Show slide builds and animation to increase interest Drag and drop documents for easy uploading Locking capabilities for additional security Active presenter identification to help manage meetings Notify presenters of attendee questions during sharing with new sidebar features Promote attendees to presenters during a meeting

New Functionalities for Presenters Upload any printable documents: Upload documents, such as Excel, Word, and more Uploading allows groups to highlight on presentations rather than change diagrams or documents

New Functionalities for Presenters (cont’d) Presenters may increase attendee interest with slide builds and PowerPoint® animations. Animations built into PowerPoint now translate to Live Meeting.

New Functionalities for Presenters (cont’d) Upload documents, quickly with the new “Drag and Drop” feature. Drag and Drop can be used from any location where files can be selected.

New Functionalities for Presenters (cont’d) Control who should attend your meeting by locking your meeting for additional security: New attendees are blocked from joining the meeting once the meeting has been locked. Presenters joining late are still able to join.

New Functionalities for Presenters (cont’d) Change presenters with a click of the button: Give presenting rights to other “Active” presenters throughout the call. Conduct “All Hands” calls and company announcements where large groups of presenters are expected to participate.

New Functionalities for Presenters (cont’d) New sidebar features allow presenters to be more aware of the audience by notifying them as questions are asked. Sidebar Shared info is light “Sharing Frame” option allows presenters to share some or all portions of a document.

Key Improvements for Attendees Attendees can: Add their own profile Customize view and size documents to fit screen Request control of Application Sharing

New Functionalities for Attendees Attendees can add their own profile information, including pictures, e-mail address, and phone number: Once entered, the attendee’s profile can appear in all meetings or be deleted by the attendee. It serves as a great tool for trainers and sales reps, allowing them to make their information available to viewers.

New Functionalities for Attendees (cont’d) Resize documents to custom fit their PC screen or personal preference: Attendees can choose the view that best selects their preference regardless of resolution or vision imparity.

New Functionalities for Attendees (cont’d) Request control of sharing: Attendees can signal presenters of their willingness to take control of the meeting when questions are raised or expertise is needed on their behalf. Request control of sharing
