The QSF Supports Planning and Implementation November 2013: The Plan Alignment and Coordination Project (PACP) was tasked with analyzing Local Educational Agency Plan, and the Single Plan for Student Achievement in relation to the Local Control Accountability Plan. TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction October 2014: The PACP provided a summary of the 651 survey responses. To support the vision of comprehensive planning, the recommendations identified through the PACP will align with the resources offered by the QSF as part of the integrated systems of state support. December 2014: The PACP provided a summary of findings of focus group data to the State Board of Education, as well as potential next steps.
