Beginning Research You WILL do it this time!!

Three Things You Will Need to Do First, get background on the controversy When did it first become talked about How did it progress historically What is being written about it today?

Thing Two Next, look for information about one side of the controversy You don’t have to pick a side yet Just give that side/use quotes from experts, not from Joe Doe, someone no one knows

Thing Three Now show the other side Remember, this is a research paper and your opinion is NOT in it There is no “I” in a research paper When in doubt, ask Mrs. Knighten if your information is good

After You Get Any Piece of Evidence Enter the url into bibme.org Make sure that the url is on the copied and pasted research Do this even if you don’t know you are going to use the source Right now, you just need to have research, you are not writing the paper Let’s try it!
