Exfoliation The skin of your lips (Vermilion) is supposed to shed. Wax build up from other balms, lipsticks and products is present on most people’s lips. Those waxes mask the dryness, they have been lubricating your lips, but not moisturizing them. LipSense is wax free and as you consistently wear it the wax build up from previous products will go away. Your lips will be able to naturally exfoliate/shed as they should and best of all- they will retain proper moisture. (Which often means fuller lips- Bonus!!) The initial exfoliations stage typically lasts 1-2 weeks, rarely up to a month. Don't give up, it’s SO worth it!!
