What is the Student Management Championship? A popular professional student competition, based on business simulation game, a great employer branding event with 600-800 economist students.
The Student Management Championship How does it work? We create a countrywide campaign to register the students, who apply in 3-member teams with CV. The students meet the sponsors at the live qualification events at Budapest and the rural locations. The sponsors introduce themselves with company presentations. The best teams are participating in the live final, with case study presentation tasks, evaluated by the experts of the sponsors.

The live rounds of the competition 30-90 students competing in each live round with a business simulation. Sponsors are involved. The role of the sponsor is related to the business of the company, for example: Business Consultant: the students can ask them for relevant information about the market data. Finance Advisor: can give advice about the financing of the company, selecting the most advantageous solution (loan, bond, shorter payment term, …). IT consultant: announce the possible IT projects and their conditions, and the advantages and disadvantages as well. Customer: who announces a huge tender and the winner team. We dedicate time for sponsor’s company presentation. The students prefer the interesting stories and the videos, rather than the standard corporate brochures. We provide consultancy to compose the best package.
